GCGGG- SOI Candle Company Review and Giveaway

Wednesday, November 2, 2011

Nothing says "Welcome to my clean house" like a freshly scented candle burning. But what your really burning is artificial fragrances and releasing toxins into the air. Your air is far from clean. I long ago switched to soy based candles as they burn cleaner, last longer, hold more fragrance and support American agriculture. Why not make the switch?

The SOI Company offers all natural soy candles that smell amazing!  These soy candles are all hand poured, and made with 100% Eco-friendly Kosher soy oil. This soy oil will burn for 140 hours- that is 40% longer than traditional candles and while there burning they aren't releasing toxins or carcinogenic compounds into the air like "those other ones". Cleaner air in your home for your family.

Now onto these Eco-friendly, biodegradable, and hand-crafted soy candles!

SOI Company offers a variety of candles including this decorative boxed candles with a burn time of 90 hours. They have an enormous amount of scents to choose from including Holiday scents like pumpkin and spiced cider! I have been burning the Pumpkin Spice scent on my mantle and my whole house smells like it is time for Thanksgiving. It's amazing!

They also have tins, votives, clay jars and beautiful candle accessories like plates and holders. I really like the tins, as since these are made from soy oil the melting pool can be used as a moisturizer! It is not over hot like paraffin candles, but rather warm and great for the skin!

This Holiday season let your guests breathe in cleaner fresher smelling air with SOI candles. These make great gifts for ladies in your family, and perfect for gift baskets! I want to make it the centerpiece in my Eco-friendly spa baskets for my aunts!

BUY IT: The Decorative boxed soy candles 13.5 oz is available for $24.95.

WIN IT: HGF is giving one reader a Decorative Boxed Candle like the one shown above in the amazing Green tea and Jasmine scent!!

I love that these candles are completely natural, and that the tin candles made from soy oil are warm enough to use on your skin for a moisturizer!

As I put what I like and not what scent I like as my comment, I would like to add that I would like to try their wildberry scent.

I'd love to try the Spiced Chai and Vanilla Orange. I was confused on the directions about where to post this. It said "below, not as a comment", so I assumed in the form area, but the directions were BELOW the area to fill out, so...

Putting it in both places (just in case). ;)

Thanks!
